Fitness !

IALT : Reflect about fitness and how it did

Today after Morning tea we had fitness
with Kelly,Ms Kyla and Ms Komor.The weather
outside was getting warmer and first we started
with 3 lines and we started to run around the bike
track and after that the Kapa Haka students
went to kapa haka in the music room.After
running around the bike track
I was with Ms Kyla and my group and
we were doing step ups and squats  and that
was pretty hard for me to do
because I was running around the
bike track.After in Ms Kyla's
group we went to Kelly's group
and we did shuttle runs and that was
pretty hard too and the last
group was the group that
does planks and High Knees.
What I found challenging is
doing the planks because
I couldn't hold it much
longer.What I really enjoy is doing
High Knees because it was much easier for
me to move quickly.
After all our fitness we went
back in our lines and get ready
to go back to class and do our reading
test and after reading
we are going to go to kiwican and last
week at kiwican was fun.
