Something that represents myself

IALT : Reflect about my drawing and what it represents

Today Ms Komor and Ms Aireen gave us a A4 paper to draw symbols that represents us and what I drew was my culture which was the Tongan culture and it was enjoyable drawing the pictures.What I found challenging is drawing and what I enjoy is tracing the pictures.After drawing we went into the other side of the room to present and it started from someone and keep on going and we all presented our drawings and what it represents and my one 

was not yet done.

We had to draw more then two drawings that represents you.I drew the Tongan man holding the word "TONGA"  and standing on the word "THE KINGDOM" because it represents my culture.The last thing I drew was the bible because it represents my church and also because I go to church every Sunday.I finished of my work roughly because I haven't finished it and the pictures I drew roughly was the family and the sport because it represents me as well.I really enjoyed it and it was very fun as well.

The first person to present was Kensington and he is in room 9 and after he presented it kept on going.I think the best person that I think was the best presenter and speaking with confidence was L.J,he drew very well and finished his work in time.Church represented him as well and also his culture and I did not remember the rest.We really enjoyed drawing and presenting.Hope you have a nice and safe day.

Kiwisport Reflection

IALT : Work hard to improve my dodging
and throwing


This Morning we had Kiwisport outside at the
big field and the coaches was two coaches
and one was called Alan Peters and the other one 
was a woman and I don't know her name.
Our first activity was dodgeball and
it was very fun and challenging and also
enjoyable.Coach Alan counted each people
and counted 1 and 2. 


1 and 2 means the team
team 1 and team two and if
you get hit by the ball you have to go
to the other team because Alan did not
wanted someone to get eliminated
and after 2 minute of playing that game
we did the elimination dodgeball game
and it was more challenging.


Our other
activity was just a bit of a warm up and
the activity was shot put and I think
you'll all know it and it is like discuss 
but a round shaped ball and have to throw it
and start the ball on your shoulder
then throw it and we needed to pair up
and my partner was Willow and he is my class.
What I found challenging was shot put
because it was hard to throw because
it was a bit heavy than I thought it was.
What I enjoy is the elimination dodgeball.

Test!!!

IALT: Reflect about my test and how it went

Today I had a test with some of the 
students.It was challenging
because it had some pretty hard 
questions and it was pretty hard to answer them.
The title of the story we were reading
and answering was called
Selkirk and that wasn't the
full name the full name
was called Alexander Selkirk
and it was a cool
story.I answered all the 
questions and double checked
it.I got one answer wrong and
that was question number 7.
I rewrote it again and
got the correct answer
and wrote my name on it.
What I found challenging
was answering the
question and what I enjoyed
was double cheking them and making
sure the answer was correct.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

IALT : Reflect about Manaiakalani Film Festival and how it went
Today we had Manaiakalani film festival
at HOYTS and it some Movie
were funny and some were sad and some
were just normal.The best movie that I
like was the movie about room 9 and
the movie was called Fitness.The schools
were at the movies was Point England and our school.
There were lots of movies and it
was enjoyable.Our school started with a
song and the song presenters was 
Akanesi,Losana and Ana.We really
enjoyed watching
the movies!!!!

Writing Test

Today we had a writing test and it was challenging for me because I had to come up with my own idea and this helped us out with our writing test :

Think about friendship.

Write to explain to your reader what being a good friend means.

Think about:

• what your reader needs to know about the topic
• how you are going to introduce your ideas
• the order of your ideas and how you link them.

Remember to:

• choose your words carefully
• take care with your spelling, punctuation, and sentences
• edit – add or delete words or sentences to improve your work
