IALT : Reflect about fitness
Today we had fitness, but we didn't
have cross country because we already
had the tournament and the tournament
was at bailey road.We had fitness
with Kelly,Ms Kyla and Ms Komor.
I was in group 2 with Ms
Kyla and we did
step ups and squats and after each
group we have to go to the other
group and after that we have to the
next group but their was only
3 groups.After in Ms Kyla's
group we went to Kelly's
group and did shuttle runs and
after Kelly's group we
went to Ms Komor's
group and what we did was
Lunges and Star jumps
but some of the boys
wanted to do planks which
to make it more challenging.
What I found challenging was
doing the planks because
it took every 10 seconds for me to stop
and go again and what I enjoy was
doing shuttle runs with
Kelly and it was a lot fun
than the other ones and they
were a little bit harder than I
thought.We really enjoyed it
and it was a nice day.
