IALT:Tell you guys what rm 9 and 10 do for fitness today.
Today me and my friends were playing at morning tea after morning tea we went to fitness at the netball court.We did cross country for the whole fitness we ran on the exit gate around Alamein and around Tobruk and then some of the students were to where to slow.Ms Komor told us not to sprint because if you sprint you lose energy we went around the Alamein and go around Tobruk and that's all for my Blog Post Today.Hope you enjoy reading
